Our process ensures that we recruit the right people, and that you have a complete understanding of who we are, what we do, and what we expect from you. Our process is designed to ensure that we are the right culture fit for you and your desired career path. Be prepared and learn what we look for in candidates.
The aim of the call is to get a more in-depth understanding of your experience, your background and your fit to our working culture and values. This call typically run for an hour max. Be prepared with some excellent examples from your previous experience that could be relevant to the role. Studying our company and product to come up with a set of questions and understanding of who we are always makes a positive impression.
You will be invited for multiple interviews with members of our team and we will ask you to describe the type of projects you worked on, what collaboration was involved as well as the outcome. We want to hear about your personal motives rather than listen to standard interview answers and we also want to know about your passions outside of work. Win us over by convincing us of your proactivity, team fit and your passion for delivering excellent work.
We do not have a dress code, so come as you are and how you are most comfortable with in an interview situation.
We will send you a challenge, which will vary depending on the role (i.e. business case for finance, role play for customer service or technical interview for developers), and give you time to complete depending on the nature of the challenge. You may then be invited to present your challenge to a few members of our team and answer questions to understand your thought process.
